Alix Willemez

Alix is 36 years old and the proud mother of two children. She also happens to be doctor of environmental law from Sorbonne university, to have a master’s degree in sustainable development from Cambridge and to be an expert in climate change for the Global Environment Facility.

In between all of that she finds some time to write and she us the author of 4 children’s books about sea animals published at Mémoires d’océan.

She lived most of her life abroad: Burundi, Senegal, Canada, England, Mongolia, Russia, New-Caledonia, Ivory Coast…

Together we are working on her love the environment with two main axes: short fun rhyming stories to learn how to read the different sounds through rhythmic and musical texts, and beautiful longer stories on environmental topics such as the rising waters.
